THE CLUB
One of the world’s most famous football clubs, Celtic have won over 100 trophies in their history. In 1967 they became the first British team to win the European Cup, coming from behind to beat Inter Milan 2-1 on a famous night in Lisbon. Formed in 1887 to help the local Irish population living in poverty in Glasgow, Celtic have always had community at their heart and a significant and important connection with their fans.
