Spencer Clarke Group, one of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies, has signed a multi-year deal to become a Crystal Palace Business Club member, in association with sports rights specialists Eleven Sports Media.

The agreement comes as Crystal Palace prepares for its tenth consecutive season in the Premier League, following a successful 2021/22 campaign.

As a CPFC Business Club member, Spencer Clarke Group will utilise Eleven Sports Media’s high impact digital fan engagement platforms, which are installed throughout Selhurst Park.

Spencer Clarke Group will use their Executive Club status to reach fans at every stage of the matchday journey. The recruitment specialists intend to use the platform to share their ethos of positively touching lives by connecting great people with great businesses.

With up to 26,000 fans at every home game, the company aims to share its message with employers and job seekers to communicate the importance of choosing the right recruitment partner.

Spencer Clarke Group will use digital platforms, installed throughout hospitality and concourse areas of the stadium, as well as LED displays in the stadium bowl to share their message with fans throughout Selhurst Park.

The company will use dynamic crowd-facing LED and the huge stadium screen to reach fans throughout the game, and will feature on Eleven’s fan engagement platforms, StatTV and StadiumTV, which deliver compelling live content to engage with fans in concourse areas.

Off the pitch, the recruitment specialists will extend its message to fans following from further afield, using Eleven Sports Media’s customer targeted Statzone content to deliver branded live match stats, shared to an audience of millions via Crystal Palace’s official social media channels.

The agreement follows news that Spencer Clarke Group was shortlisted for Best Temporary Recruitment Agency and Small Recruitment Agency of the Year at the highly regarded 2022 Recruiter Awards. They were also shortlisted in the two categories at the Global Recruiter Awards and also at the Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs) earlier this year.
