DNS Accountants Secure Valuable Watford FC Business Club Partnership


Accountancy firm demonstrates commitment to local area through football sponsorship

DNS Associates have become Watford Business Club partners, providing the business with opportunities to experience big-brand exposure at a Premier League club. Through the company’s association with the Football Club, DNS Associates’ logo is broadcast to more than 20,000 fans at Vicarage Road throughout every Watford FC home match, as well as potentially reaching a global audience.

The business began in 2004 and has achieved much acclaim for its services to small businesses; contractors; sole traders; and within the construction industry. Winners at the British Accountancy Awards in both 2017 and 2018 for Best Independent Firm in the South East, DNS Associates are celebrated within their field. The company’s Business Development Manager, Rikesh Shonchhatra, explained why DNS Associates chose to become Watford Business Club partners:

The Watford FC Business Club is formed through a partnership between Eleven Sports Media and the Football Club that enables regional companies to be associated with a global sports brand. As a Business Club Partner, DNS Associates see their company branding appear on crowd-facing digital LED boards; jumbotron screens, adjacent to the pitch; and StadiumTV and StatZone screens located within the concourses. In addition, the business feature on StatTracker social media content that is shared to the club’s official accounts.

This approach enables DNS Associates to engage with Watford supporters at various points, both throughout and away from matchdays at Vicarage Road, reaffirming the company’s association with the Football Club. Moreover, the accountancy firm also are invited to exclusive Business Club partner events, which have included Q&A evenings with former players, that allow DNS Associates to network with like-minded local businesses.

Despite the company’s links to a Premier League club, Shonchhatra explained how DNS Associates are focused on continuing to strengthen their relationships within the local area:
