Essex company shows local pride through partnership with former Olympic Stadium

Fast Key Services Ltd have secured a valuable partnership with the London Stadium Business Club, providing the key cutting and locksmith firm with Premier League brand exposure. The Wickford-based business see the Fast Keys logo featured throughout every West Ham United home game, showcasing the company’s commitment to its local community.

Fast Key Services was established more than 25 years ago to meet a growing demand for replacement office furniture and locker keys. The business has grown enormously since it’s humble origins in a garden shed, to become the UK’s leading supplier of office furniture and locker keys. This has been achieved by maintaining a high level of service at competitive prices. Even as the company has grown, they have not wavered from their commitment to same day dispatch and good customer service. As well as keys, Fast Keys also supply an extensive range of office furniture lockskey cabinets, master suited key systems, safeskey safes and accessories.

Having developed a strong online presence through its next-day delivery service, Fast Keys explained how the partnership with the London Stadium is about helping the business reach out to a wider customer base:

“As well as the commercial work we do, we also have a trade counter that’s open to the public. We were keen to join the Business Club because, in terms of the trade counter, the work we do is usually within a ten-mile radius”.


“We’ve mainly relied on customer referrals for domestic work. We are now hoping that our partnership with the London Stadium and the inclusion of our advertisements around the ground, will potentially put our brand directly in front of thousands of fans from Essex and the surrounding areas in one of the country’s biggest stadiums”.

The London Stadium Business Club is formed through a partnership between Eleven Sports Media and the London Stadium. With up to 62,000 fans attending West ham United home games, Fast Keys feature on a large LED screen at the front of the former Olympic Stadium, as well as being displayed on pitch-facing mid-tier boards.

“When you consider how the business started, to walk up to the Stadium and see our brand on the front of one of the biggest stadiums in the country, it does definitely give us a sense of pride”.

“We are looking for our advert to increase sales within our trade counter and in particular we are working hard to promote our car key replacement and repair aspect of the business. From our premises in Wickford, Essex we offer a range of replacement car key services including spare keys, supplying and programming replacement car key remotes as well as repairing broken remotes, all at a fraction of the cost that a main dealer would charge. We are also running competitions through our adverts at the London Stadium, offering a gift bag to anyone that posts a photo of our branding at the game and tags us on social media“.

In addition to match day brand awareness, Fast Key Services Ltd are also invited to exclusive networking events allowing the company to connect with like-minded local businesses. These events have previously included Q&A evenings with Sir Trevor Brooking and Neil ‘Razor’ Ruddock.
