Lint Group feel at home with London Stadium Business Club

Lint Group have showcased their commitment to East London by partnering with the London Stadium Business Club. With more than 25 years of experience, the property management company has ensured an association with West Ham United through their partnership with the venue, seeing their business logo broadcast to thousands of football fans throughout every West Ham home game.

The business was formed by Managing Directors Rizz Patel and Sam Chand in 1992, initially named Letting International, and has since developed into an umbrella group which encompasses Lint Development, AceCrest and property sales. Operating a management and maintenance service, as well as buying, restoring and selling other properties, Lint Group offer a complete service.

Managing Director Rizz Patel explained why becoming a London Stadium Business Club partner appealed to the company: “My partner and co-Managing Director, Sam Chand is a massive West Ham supporter and London Stadium enthusiast. It was a natural pairing as our business also targets the audience that attend West Ham matches.

“We’ve been thinking outside the box to utilise the partnership. Having our logo and branding clearly visible has been beneficial as it helped raise awareness of the business. To maximise our partnership and publicity we created a competition open to all. It revolved around spotting our logo at the stadium which worked well and was a creative way to raise brand awareness around the stadium.”

The London Stadium Business Club is formed through a partnership between Eleven Sports Media and the venue. As a Business Club partner Lint Group see their company logo appear on a large LED screen at the front of the London Stadium, as well as being displayed on pitch-facing mid-tier screens in front of 60,000 fans. The property management group also feature on StadiumTV screens located within the concourses and are invited to exclusive Business Club events. These have included Q&A evenings with Sir Trevor Brooking, providing Lint Group with opportunities to network with local businesses.

Having been based within East London for more than two decades, Lint Group has prided itself on being a community-minded business. The company has helped more than 150,000 people through its support of various community projects, with both Rizz Patel and Sam Chand also providing mentorships to young British Asian entrepreneurs. Rizz Patel explained how Lint Group is looking to brand awareness and connecting with the local community through the London Stadium Business Club:

“Having our logo and branding clearly visible has been beneficial as it helped raise awareness of the business. We’ve highlighted the partnership with the logo on all our social media outlets, included it in our email signatures and proudly added it to our website.

“Primarily working throughout East London, the partnership allows us to be displayed to thousands of local people on a consistent basis. We feel it is achieving its branding objective and helping to sow the seeds.”
