Norwich City and Sheffield United celebrated their respective returns to the Premier League this weekend, as two of Eleven Sports Media’s associated teams achieved promotion.

Both clubs have established Associate Programmes with Eleven Sports Media, providing each side with StadiumTV screens, a digital branding platform located within the concourses.

StadiumTV screens enable national and regional businesses to connect with supporters throughout each matchday, supplying companies with engaging brand exposure within a footballing environment.

Norwich, managed by Daniel Farke, secured promotion with a 2-1 win over Blackburn Rovers at Carrow Road on Saturday.

First-half goals from Stiepermann and Vrancic were enough to earn all three points, as the Canaries’ recorded their 26th league win of the season, the third-most in the club’s history.

Norwich have scored 91 times across 45 games, registering the club’s highest number of goals since the 1952/53 campaign. The club are now in pole position to clinch the Championship title in their final game of the season against Aston Villa.

Sheffield United’s promotion was assured on Sunday afternoon, following Leeds United’s draw with Aston Villa.

Chris Wilder’s side have enjoyed a similarly successful season, also recording 26 wins; equaling the number of victories that the Blades recorded in their last promotion to the Premier League, during the 2005/06 campaign.

Both Wilder and club captain Billy Sharp are lifelong supporters of the club and will take great pride in returning the club to the top tier of English football.

The two clubs have succeeded in surpassing pre-season expectations, with oddsmakers making both Norwich and Sheffield United outsiders for a play-off place before the start of the season.

With the regular Championship season concluding on 5th May, two more of Eleven’s associated clubs will hope to join Norwich and Sheffield United in the Premier League next season.

Leeds United have already guaranteed themselves a play-off spot, while Middlesbrough still hold hopes of finishing in 6th place, should other results also go in the club’s favour.

Norwich City and Sheffield United will join other Eleven Sports Media affiliated clubs, Crystal Palace, Watford, and West Ham United in the Premier League for the 2019/20 campaign.
