Wales’ leading estate and lettings agency, Peter Alan, have acquired Pentwyn Properties Ltd, the lettings business that has been publicly trading as Bidmead Cook, as part of its long term strategy to increase market share and extend its geographical network.
Bidmead Cook is an established independent property business, founded over 10 years ago, which focuses on selling and letting property across the South Wales valleys, stretching from Bridgend to Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil, Ebbw Vale, Abergavenny and across the border close to Chepstow and Monmouth.
The lettings business currently manages over 700 properties, adding a significant number of properties to Peter Alan’s portfolio, further cementing the company’s position as market leaders in South Wales.
This acquisition will see Bidmead Cook’s team of staff retained and the business will begin to trade under the Peter Alan brand name.
