Houston Dynamo and Eleven Sports Media have teamed up to launch a ground-breaking community-partnerships driven platform which is focused on growing local businesses across the Bayou City.

The model, which is well-established in the English Premier League, MLS, and most recently the NFL, offers small to medium-sized businesses unprecedented access to leverage the association and build relationships with a globally recognised team.

The partnership provides Associate Partners with a comprehensive package of brand exposure, activation services, and experiential opportunities, including Eleven’s StatTV and StadiumTV fan engagement technology integrated throughout Shell Energy Stadium. Eleven Sports Media will build the high-value partnerships to help promote and grow small businesses effectively in connection with one of MLS’ most storied franchises.

“We are excited to work closely with Eleven Sports Media to launch our Associate Partner Program,” Jessica O’Neill, chief operating officer for Houston Dynamo Football Club, said. “Small and medium-sized businesses are integral to the lifeblood of Houston. This partnership creates a program that deepens our ties with these businesses and the local community. Our team will continue to prioritise these efforts alongside Eleven Sports Media as we build on the momentum we’ve seen in 2023.”

Jordan Wilson, Commercial Director of Eleven Sports Media, said: “When we started speaking to the team, it was clear they had a real focus on wanting to create better opportunities in and around Houston for local businesses to leverage an association with Dynamo. We are perfectly placed to do that and it’s the foundation for a great partnership.”

As part of Eleven Sports Media’s commitment to growth and investment into the community, Eleven will become a supporting sponsor of the Houston Dynamo and Dash Charities ‘Futbolito in the City’ initiative and a presenting sponsor of the Professional Lunch and Learn series. Futbolio in the City which provides soccer programming at zero cost to youth aged 6-14 and their families in key areas of greater Houston throughout the year, allowing them access to the sport and the opportunity to gain new skills.

Houston Dynamo and Dash Lunch & Learn events provide a unique one-of-a-kind experience for local high school students to learn about the business of sports and the different careers available in the sports industry. Students participate in a panel and Q&A session with Club employees from different departments across the organization, with transportation and lunch included at no cost.

Wilson commented, “We are delighted to also announce that we will be attaching our brand to both valuable community initiatives with Houston Dynamo. We can’t wait to see local youth and students develop their skills on the field and academically.”

Wilson concluded, “Eleven Sports Media is all about a delivering a value-led solution that is built purely for small to medium size businesses, that really focuses on their growth. In partnering with the Houston Dynamo, we have a club with a rich history on the pitch, and off it match our vision for investment and growth in the local community. Houston is a city that is passionate about its sports and so it’s the perfect partnership for the local business community to see the benefit of their brands being seen and felt, in and around Shell Energy Stadium on game day.”
