Newcastle United Executive Club Partner Orangebox Training Solutions, continue to go from strength to strength with the appointment of two new senior managers into the business.
Orangebox Training Solutions is based in the North East of England and offers a range of education, skills and employability support for individuals and organisations.

Two vastly experienced professionals have joined a training firm’s senior management team to power the Hartlepool-based provider into the next phase of its growth plans across the country.
New roles have been created for Rachel Tallentire to become the director of continuous improvement and for Alison Golsworthy-Miller to be its new client relationship and implementation manager.
The appointments arrive at a time when Teesside’s Orangebox have opened up further opportunities in the North-West following a successful roll out of pre-employment courses in that area.
After a robust tender process, Orangebox delivered its first sub-contract through the Workers’ Educational Association.
Simon Corbett’s company area managed resident specific sector training courses and those have led to employment in areas such as security, warehousing and manufacturing.
Rachel and Alison now have key parts to play to ensure that Orangebox goes on to deliver more in the Liverpool area and across England after rising to prominence in the North-East.
CEO Simon said: “Rachel brings a wealth of experience as a consultant as well as working with local and national training providers. Quality is high on the agenda.
“She is going to make sure we are doing everything possible within the funding circle, what new geographical areas are out there for us?
“That links into our second appointment because we must deliver in the right way.
“Alison is massively experienced in the training provider sector. She will be working with employers in a variety of sectors including in the logistics and distribution sector.
“As well as existing contracts we want to identify new employers who have genuine sustainable employment opportunities so we can provide interview opportunities at the end of our sector specific programmes.”
