Hair and Skin Clinic given lift through football sponsorship

Revive Hair and Skin Clinic has partnered with the Watford FC Regional Partner Programme to showcase the business to thousands of football fans throughout every game at Vicarage Road. The hair transplant clinic also offers a range of skin treatments and receive extensive brand exposure through its involvement with football sponsorship.

Based in Brentwood, the business was started by Dr Pragyan Sahu in 2016. Having previously worked as a GP, her interest in the field was initially piqued by a family member enjoying the results of a successful operation. Dr Sahu completed her hair transplant training in India in 2014, learning both FUE and FUT techniques. This was followed up by gaining practical experience at a London hair clinic, before starting the Revive Hair and Skin Clinic. Being part of a growing industry, Dr Sahu outlined how perceptions of hair transplants have continued to change:

“I think male celebrities being open about grooming and talking about these procedures has helped make it less of a taboo. People are happy to share the results on social media and a lot of people message us to find out more on Facebook and things like that. The openness has been a positive for the industry.”

The Watford FC Regional Partner Programme is formed through a partnership between Eleven Sports Media and the Football Club. As a Regional Partner, Revive Hair Clinic’s company branding is displayed on crowd-facing LED boards, as well as featuring on StatTV and StadiumTV screens located within the concourses at Vicarage Road, being broadcast to more than 20,000 fans throughout each match. The business also features on StatTracker social media content that is shared to the club’s official social media feed, reaching a more wide-ranging audience.

In addition, Revive Clinic is invited to exclusive Regional Partner events, which have included Q&A evenings with former Watford players, as well as being provided with a selection of hospitality tickets throughout the season.

With results from a hair transplant taking up to a year to see the full effects, the Revive Clinic has seen an increase in the number of referrals they have received from past clients. Having advertised in local Essex magazines and on radio adverts, Dr. Sahu is keen to reach as many potential clients as possible.

“Through our first wave of results, we are starting to see new people and get new leads through referrals. We don’t speed through any procedure. We take our time and will be there as long as it takes. The most important thing for us is the result, not trying to do the most operations we possibly can each day.

“It’s about educating people about the procedure. Giving people the full picture and being able to show our results”, she explained. “Our USP is that I help provide the personalised touch, I’m with them throughout all stages of the procedure. At other clinics that may not be the case, but we only take one client per day and I’m there to supervise every stage.”
